This is how a single contact moves through the lifecycle: from first inquiry, down whichever path fits what happens next, into the right automated sequence. Every flow connects; the detail for each email lives in the full lifecycle plan.
How to read it: follow the arrows left to right. Each labeled arrow is the condition that routes someone down that path; the white cards are the automated email flows they land in. The rose stripe marks where each email personalizes.
A couple of notes on the map: once the welcome team logs the fields, the emails inside each flow personalize through dynamic blocks (the rose layer): location, service line, format, and minor. That is how six flows cover every service line and location, instead of one flow per segment. These flows run natively in Therapy Flow (ideal), with the newsletter able to stay in Mailchimp.
It isn't part of the conversion state machine above; it's a steady value channel that keeps the whole audience warm and feeds fresh inquiries back into the top of the journey.
Every email's subject, content, timing, and the CRM fields that route these paths are detailed in the full plan.
